The emails you’d send anyway —sent for you.

The operational follow-ups every studio means to send and sometimes forgets — the reminder, the delivery note, the nudge — running on rules instead of memory.

01

Rules

An event, or a date relative to one.

A rule reads “When [an inquiry arrives / a session is booked / a contract is signed / a payment lands / a gallery is delivered], or [N days before or after the session or delivery] → send an email, create a task, or notify me” — optionally scoped to a single session type. Event rules fire immediately; date-relative rules sweep daily, and every send is deduplicated per project and occasion, so nothing fires twice.

02

Email templates

Five to start with. Yours to rewrite.

Every account starts with five editable templates — inquiry follow-up, session reminder, gallery delivered, anniversary offer, post-delivery print upsell — each using variables like the client’s first name, the project title or the session date, filled in automatically at send time.

03

The outbox

Every send, tracked — not fired into the void.

Scheduled, sent, canceled or failed — every automated send (and every Encore win-back) lands in one outbox with a cancel action and an “opened” flag, so a follow-up campaign is something you can actually watch work, not just hope is happening.
