CRM · Booking
Booked beforeyou saw the notification.
Publish what you offer, set your hours once, and let a client turn a free slot into a signed project on their own — while a lead form quietly catches everyone who isn’t ready to book yet.
01
Session types
Your service catalog, not a bare calendar.
Publish session types with duration, price and travel buffers — the units a booking page actually offers. Already have contract packages set up? “Import from contracts” turns them into session types in one click, so the catalog and the paperwork never drift apart.

02
Availability
Double-booking becomes structurally impossible.
Set weekly windows once, in your own timezone — “Tuesdays 10:00–16:00” — and every scheduled shoot subtracts itself automatically, buffer included. There’s no second calendar to keep in sync and no way for two clients to land on the same slot.

03
Booking pages
A public link that ends in a signed project.
Each studio gets a namespaced self-serve link. A visitor picks a session type, picks a free slot, leaves their details — and becomes a project with a shoot event already on your calendar and ICS feed, instantly. Turn on auto-confirm and it’s active immediately; otherwise it lands as a booking request in your inquiry column. Attach a contract template with a client email on file and the contract sends itself in the same motion.

04
Lead forms
For everyone who isn’t ready to book yet.
Public inquiry forms with configurable fields and an optional session-type picker, each stamped with a source label so you know what actually brings in work. Embed one in a published gallery site’s contact block, or send the link on its own — every submission raises an inquiry project and an alert.
