A project is one shoot or job — its contract, files, album, gallery, payments and conversation in one place. Starter runs one active project at a time; Studio and Team are unlimited.
Yes. Culling, semantic search and face recognition run on Hotshoe’s own infrastructure — your photographs are never shipped to a third-party AI cloud, and AI can be scoped or disabled by an administrator.
Uploads pause — nothing is deleted and nothing is silently dropped. Upgrade a tier or remove files to continue, and we’ll email you before you get there.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the admin at any time; annual plans are prorated. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee.
Studio includes a 14-day trial of the full platform — bring one real job and run it end to end. Starter is free forever, with no card required to begin.
Invoicing is available today; Stripe card payments and pay-to-unlock delivery are landing soon. Until then, delivery opens the moment a project is marked paid in full.
Yes. Clients open galleries from a share link with no account; on the Team plan, second shooters and guests join a project through a magic link.
