The payment plan
Deposit, milestones, balance — set from the contract.
A payment plan derives its installments straight from the contract’s payment schedule: a deposit (percentage due on signing, plus the flat platform fee), optional milestones you can use to unlock things like preview photos, and a final balance due before delivery. Every amount always sums back to the contract total, so there’s never a figure to reconcile by hand.

Collecting it
A pay link, a tip, and a refund if you need one.
Each installment gets its own client pay link — copy it, mark it paid manually for cash or bank transfer, or refund it. The client’s pay page offers a gratuity at 10/15/20% or a custom amount, tracked separately from the total so a tip never affects the delivery gate or the invoice balance.

The delivery gate
Locked while owed. Open the instant it’s not.
A project’s delivery gate reads two states: locked while a balance is outstanding, open once it’s paid in full — and paid-in-full can trigger auto-delivery so the gallery releases itself, or simply clear you to send it manually. Revisions included in the contract are tracked used-against-allowed automatically; anything beyond the allowance becomes a one-click Quick Change Order the client authorizes without a fresh signature.

Invoices
Generated, downloadable, sendable — on their own.
Generate an invoice from the contract’s line items with the amount and balance mirroring the live plan, download it as a PDF, or send a public link that needs no account to view — mark paid, void, or copy the link at any point.
Where this stands today
The full deposit → milestone → balance → delivery flow works end to end. Live card processing is landing next — until then, mark installments paid manually and the same gate, plan and invoices carry on working exactly the same way.
