CRM · Quotes
A quote is justan earlier entry point.
When the scope needs shaping before a booking makes sense, send a quote instead — and when it’s accepted, the project and the contract happen without a second step from you.
01
Building a quote
Line items, packages, a shelf life.
Add line items at quantity × unit price, or offer optional packages a client picks between — shown as “from $X, cheapest” until they choose. Attach notes, a valid-until date, and, if you want the paperwork to follow automatically, a contract template to issue the moment it’s accepted.

02
Sending & the client side
One link. Review, pick, decide.
Send it and the public link copies to your clipboard — no account needed on the other end. The client reviews the line items, picks a package if there is one, and accepts or declines. A declined or expired quote turns read-only; duplicate it to send an updated version rather than starting over.

03
Accepting
Three things happen in one motion.
Accepting a quote creates the project if none exists yet, auto-creates and sends the attached contract, and raises a follow-up notification so you know to look. From there it’s the same pipeline every booking runs through — a quote was just an earlier place to start it.
