This page is a plain-language summary of how Hotshoe handles data. It is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. Your content. The photographs, contracts and client information you store in Hotshoe belong to you. We process them only to provide the service. AI processing. Culling, search and recognition models run on Hotshoe’s own infrastructure. Your photographs are not sold, and they are not handed to third-party AI vendors to process or to train shared models. Client data. Information about your clients (names, contacts, signatures) is processed on your behalf so you can run your studio. You control sharing through access-controlled links. Security. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, administrative actions are audit-logged, and share links can be password-protected and revoked at any time. Your rights.
