CRM · Storyboard & Collaboration
One board.Everyone who needs it.
Every project is a storyboard that tracks itself and a live thread everyone on the job can join — second shooters, clients, no accounts required — without ever showing them a number you haven’t chosen to share.
01
The storyboard
Jira columns for a single job.
Every project opens on three locked steps — Contract, Work day, Deliver — that advance themselves: in progress the moment a contract’s sent, done when it’s signed; in progress when a deposit lands or a gallery’s linked. Add your own steps alongside them — Mood board, Engagement shoot, Cull, Client preview, Album design — reorder by drag, and a compact hero rail shows exactly where the job stands, left to right, flowing into a “what’s next” strip. Tasks with due dates sit beside it and take over that guidance the moment one goes overdue — the authoritative signal, above even the built-in steps. Milestones mark the dates that matter; a campaigns card lists every automation and Encore opportunity watching the job.

02
The collaboration board
One thread. Updated before you’d think to ask.
A live feed fuses system events — contract sent, contract signed, deposit landed, gallery delivered — with real messages, photos, files, gallery cards and location pins, updating in under a second for everyone watching. You never type “contract signed” — the board already knows. Text and links auto-linkify; photos and videos drag straight in; a gallery shared from the editor renders as an interactive card with a cover and a “View gallery” button; @mentions autocomplete from the roster; reactions keep it light. Off-page activity — a guest posting, a milestone landing — raises an alert with a one-click “Open project” action.

03
Guests, without an account
The same board, at a magic link.
Invite a second shooter or a client as a guest and Hotshoe generates a link — copied to your clipboard and emailed if you have SMTP configured, working either way. They land on a read-only page showing the title, target delivery date and storyboard timeline, can post to the same live feed, and can enter availability windows without sharing a whole calendar. A full member (Studio tier) is the permanent version of the same idea, for an in-house team or business partner — a real seat on a real account, not a link.

04
Financial privacy
One switch. Nobody sees a number until you choose.
Guests and full members never see totals, payments or invoices — anywhere, including the live board feed — unless a single per-project switch, “Share financials with collaborators,” is turned on. Off by default. Pin and delete stay the owner’s alone, too; everyone else can post, attach, mention, reply and react.

Run the jobon one board, not six threads.
The trial is the full platform for 14 days. Bring one real job and watch it run.
